Account terms

Protect account credentials and notify Ownership immediately of suspected unauthorized access. We implement security measures but cannot eliminate all risks.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable except with prior written consent from Ownership.

Ownership may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or where there is a security risk or legal requirement to do so.

Service description

Ownership provides advisory materials, frameworks, and resources focused on aligning ownership direction with organisational purpose. Service scope is defined in individual engagements or on the site.

We may modify features, discontinue services, or introduce new offerings. Changes will be communicated via the website or direct notice when appropriate.

While we aim for continuous availability, services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to third-party service issues. Ownership does not ensure uninterrupted access.

User rules

Users must follow these rules when accessing Ownership resources and community areas.

Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the license granted to Ownership below.

By submitting content, users grant Ownership a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the content for purposes of providing services and improving offerings.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content and for obtaining any necessary consents from third parties.

Ownership may remove content that breaches these terms or is unlawful, at its discretion. Requests for removal can be submitted via the contact page.

Intellectual property

All site content provided by Ownership, including text, graphics, and frameworks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users must not reproduce or distribute proprietary materials without authorization.

Paid services

Pricing for paid services is set out in proposals or on the website and is subject to change. Prices displayed are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Payments must be made according to the terms in the service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods are specified in engagement documents.

Subscription services, where applicable, will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. Cancellation terms are set out in the applicable agreement.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the terms of the specific paid engagement and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Clients may cancel services in accordance with the cancellation provisions of their agreement. Ownership may also suspend services for non-payment.

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or levies related to paid services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Price changes for ongoing services will be communicated in advance as required by the governing agreement.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services and recovery actions to collect outstanding balances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ownership is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the site or services. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service.

Ownership may integrate third-party products or data. We are not responsible for the performance or practices of third-party providers; use of such services is subject to their terms.

Termination

Ownership may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. Users may terminate services in accordance with engagement agreements.

Upon termination, access to certain features may end and outstanding obligations may remain due. Data retention and deletion are subject to our privacy policy and legal requirements.

Privacy

Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Ownership privacy policy posted on Ownership.pro. The policy explains rights, data handling practices and contact options.

Communications

By providing contact details you agree to receive service-related communications. Marketing communications are subject to separate consent and opt-out mechanisms.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Users will be bound by terms in effect at the time of their use or engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to Singapore jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation. Where resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the courts of Singapore unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution methods.
